This room has a en-suite bathroom, TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Please note that this room does not have a window. The room is located at the bottom of a busy staircase and you may experience noise.
Double Room
This room has 1 double bed and does not have a bathroom, however there is a wash basin within the room. Rooms each feature a TV and free tea and coffee. Please note that our shared bathroom rooms are located on the 3rd floor which is accessible only by stairs and our two communal bathrooms are located on this floor and include a toilet, sink and shower.
Twin Room
This room has 2 x twin beds and does not have a bathroom, however there is a wash basin within the room and you can see Manchester Cathedral out of the window. Rooms each feature a TV and free tea and coffee. Please note that our shared bathroom rooms are located on the 3rd floor which is accessible only by stairs and our two communal bathrooms are located on this floor and include a toilet, sink and shower.
Triple Room
This room has 3 x single beds and does not have a bathroom, however there is a wash basin within the room. Some of our Triple shared bathroom rooms have a view of Manchester Cathedral, if you would like this please send us a request and we will see if this is possible. Rooms each feature a TV and free tea and coffee. Please note that our shared bathroom rooms are located on the 3rd floor which is accessible only by stairs and our two communal bathrooms are located on this floor and include a toilet, sink and shower.
Single Room
Our Single Rooms are equipped with a TV, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, and free Wi-Fi. As each room is individually laid out, room features and views may vary. Some rooms offer views of the cathedral or Shambles Square, and selected rooms include a desk, making them ideal for business travellers. Should you have a preference for a particular view or require a desk, please contact us in advance. All requests are subject to availability. As each of our rooms is individually styled, room layouts and sizes may vary, and the room allocated to guests may differ from the images shown.
Large Family Room
Our spacious Large Family Rooms comfortably accommodate families and groups, featuring one double bed and two single beds, along with a private en-suite bathroom. Each room includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee making facilities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Please note that room layouts may vary. Two of our Large Family Rooms are open plan, while one features a partition door for added privacy. If you would prefer a room with a partition door, please contact us in advance with your request and we will do our very best to accommodate this, subject to availability.

Bedroom: Enter our cosy bedroom where you will find 2 x Double beds and 1 Single bed with a TV. Bathroom: Our bathroom is en-suite with a bath only, this is accessed directly by both the bedroom and the living space. Living Area: Enter a relaxing living space with a TV, 2 x Single sofa beds and a kitchenette with a small fridge and a microwave with tea and coffee making facilities. Please note the is a staircase within the apartment and the apartment features a low door and low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom and is located on the second floor.
Small Family Room
Welcome to our Small Family Room. Bedroom: You will be allocated one of our cosy small family rooms, within the bedroom there will be 1 x Double bed and 1 x Single bed, TV and tea & coffee making facilities. Bathroom: Our bathroom is en-suite, some of our rooms have a shower only and some may also have a bath (subject to availability - please contact us if you have a preference) this is accessed directly by the bedroom. Please note our Small family rooms are located both on the first, second floor and third floor, if you would like a low floor please reach out to us (subject to availability). Some of our small family rooms boast a lovely view of Manchester Cathedral (subject to request)
